Thierry Bazay
head of industry and media platforms solutions, Google

Bazay has more than 15 years of experience across the agency, publisher, ad tech and client sides of the industry. As head of industry on Google's DoubleClick Platform Solutions and Innovations team, he leads a group driving the adoption of programmatic technologies with both agencies and marketers. Prior to joining Google, he was one of the founding employees of programmatic innovators The Exchange Lab.

Paul Burns
managing director, Huge

Burns leads the Canadian operations for Huge, creating experiences that transform brands, grow businesses and make people's lives better. He is an avid cyclist and musician, and lives in Toronto with his wife and two boys.

Rory Capern
managing director, Twitter

Capern oversees Twitter's Canadian operation and he's a member of the organization's global leadership team, working alongside other Twitter country leads and top executives. He has previously worked at Google Canada, where he ran the partnerships team, as well as Microsoft, Torstar and Bell Canada.

Ron Craig
VP of marketing and business development, The Source

Craig has overall responsibility for brand marketing, e-commerce and business development for the 550-store consumer electronics retail chain. Prior to joining The Source, Craig held executive roles in marketing, retail operations and business development at various organizations including Cara Operations, Ontario Lottery and Gaming, and Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

Andrea Danovitch
director of marketing and brand strategy, Interac

Danovitch has more than 25 years of marketing experience, including 16 years in the financial services sector before transitioning to the payments industry. She also has extensive knowledge of brand strategy. At Interac, she relaunched the brand and continues to evolve it as the payments landscape rapidly transforms.

Ekaterina Dobrokhotova
marketing, haircare at L'Oréal Paris

Ekaterina was part of L'Oréal Canada's CMO team from 2011 until August, when she took on a new marketing role at L'Oréal Paris. She was central to the launch of the brand's first Content Factory, which produced real-time, shareable content. She's also a professional magician.

Jeff Harrison
founder and CD, 123w

Harrison oversees branding and communications for clients like Muskoka Brewery, 7-Eleven Canada, Mercedes-Benz and Kal Tire. His design expertise ranges from print, identity and packaging to branded retail environments and architectural design. Prior to launching 123w, Jeff led Rethink's design division, where he helped rebrand Shaw Communications and developed initiatives for Molson Canadian. His work has been recognized by D&AD, London International Awards, Communication Arts, The One Show and Cannes.

Sandra Kennedy
director of marketing, Harry Rosen

Kennedy joined Harry Rosen as director of marketing in 1999, after working on the agency side. She is also the publisher of Harry magazine.

Lance Martin
partner and ECD, Union

Martin is an agency veteran whose work has been recognized by D&AD, Cannes, the One Show and more. At Taxi, he was integral in creating work for MINI, Koodo and Viagra. As partner and ECD at Union, he leads a roster of national clients.

Steve Mykolyn
principal at Castor

Steve Mykolyn spent a decade at Taxi, first as CD before returning as the agency's CCO. Currently, he is a principal at design firm Castor. In 1997, he wrote and directed El Dia La Noche Y Los Muertos, an award-winning documentary about Mexico's Day of the Dead festival. In 2008, he was co-curator of the Canadian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale for Architecture. He is a past board member of both The One Show and the D&AD.

Scott Suthren
VP of planning, Cheil

Suthren specializes in ideation and strategic planning across multiple marketing domains. Before leading the planning team at Cheil, he held strategy director roles at Innocean, The&Partnership, Aimia, Publicis and others.

Mark Tomblin
chief strategy officer, Juniper Park/TBWA

A U.K. native, Tomblin worked there for the majority of his career, leading a team of planners and researchers at Leo Burnett before moving to Canada in 2013. He was the first network CSO at Taxi before joining Juniper Park/TBWA in May.

Annette Warring
CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network

Before taking on the CEO role in 2014, Warring had stints as president of Aegis Media and COO of Genesis Vizeum. She has accelerated the network's shift from a traditional media offering to five network brands and five specialist agencies, working together under one single P&L.

Christina Yu
EVP and CD, Red Urban

Yu previously worked at Lowe Roche and BBDO, on campaigns for brands including Audi, Stella Artois, Johnson & Johnson, Capital One and Pepsi.
